- The simplest way to make a return or exchange is to simply visit Usa Toy at our physical location in Austin, TX. If you are not able to make your return or exchange in person, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & our customer service department will assist you as soon as possible.
- Usa Toys allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be unopened, in original condition, & in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Usa Toy reserves the right to assess returns on an individual basis.
- We do not accept returns on the following: Art Gallery pieces, kites, tin toys, wind-ups, candy, fireworks, seasonal items, & anything sold at a discounted price or marked final sale.
- All returns or exchanges will be shipped back at your cost. If we find that we are at fault, we will happily send you a pre-paid shipping label to ship it back to us.
